Pr Yves Gourinat was 7 years engineer on aircraft composite structures at Aerospatiale-Aircraft (now Airbus SAS) then 10 years associate professor at ENSICA in the field of Aerospace Dynamics & Human Spaceflight (with Soyuz-Mir training).-In 2003, he founded the team of nonlinear dynamic & biodynamics at SUPAERO, University of Toulouse. Full Professor, he was from 2012 to 2016 the Director of the Aeronautical-Astronautical Doctoral School (ED467-AA, 85 PhD students), and is now Deputy Director of the Clément Ader Institute (UMR CNRS 5312-ICA, 237 researchers).-
ENSMA Engineer with Space specialization in Supaero (1985) Yves Gourinat is Doctor in Mechanical Engineering, Accredited for Research Direction and Qualified as Professor of the Universities. Author of 136 international referenced scientific contributions, he holds several distinctions, being in particular the 2011 laureate of the Frank J Malina Astronautics Medal of the International Astronautical Federation, and appointed Officer of the Ordre des Palmes Académiques.-
Educated in piano at the conservatory, he became an organist, currently titular of the great organ of the Cathedral of Castres (Tarn). Trainer in organ and harmony, he had the opportunity to give more than 150 recitals and concerts in France, Italy, Germany and USA.
