Alexandre Le Roch

I am an associate professor in micro- and optoelectronics at ISAE-SUPAERO and part of the image sensor research group. My interests focus on microelectronics for imaging systems dedicated to space applications and other harsh radiation environments. My current research activities focus on radiation-induced degradations on image sensors for visible and infrared applications.
