 Teaching Activity

I am involved in the first year course in computer science of the SUPAERO cursus where I manage the course "Information Theory" which introduces the main concepts on data compression and error correcting codes. I also give some lectures in Algorithmic and C language.

In the second year, I am in charge of the course "Cryptography" which presents an overview of cipher systems and security concepts.

I also present Error correcting codes and some satellite communications standards in the third year major "Computer science, Telecommunications and Networks".

Finally, I also manage the course "Algorithmic and programming" in the First year of the Master of Science in Aerospace engineering (MAE1) and in I also present the main concepts of video compression in the Master Space Applications and Services (SPAPS).

 Research Activity

My current research areas are mainly related to some aspects of security and cryptography. These contributions are the following :

- Blockchains for embedded systems. We develop these activities in the framework of the group BLEND (BLockchains for aEronautical aND space systems ). They concern different aspects of blockchains in networks of nodes with low resources (drones, satellites, various vehicles) such as oracles, zero-knowledge proofs, smart contracts, ...
- Some specific cryptographic mechanisms : threshold cryptography, post-quantum cryptography, ...
- Secure satellite communications : implementation of cryptographic mechanisms on nano-satellites, authentication, ...

I also pursue some activities on topics related to erasure codes and network with in particular the TETRYS protocol, which can be seen as the integration of coding and network.
